10. How we keep your personal information safe

We take care to keep the personal information we process safe and protected from any loss, theft or misuse. We make sure only the right people can see or use your information. If something goes wrong, we will tell you if you need to take action. 

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent the personal information we process from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or wrongfully disclosed. In addition, we limit access to the personal information we process to only those employees, service providers, business partners, agents and other third parties who need to access it to provide the services we offer. They will only process personal information on our instructions or as otherwise agreed and they will always keep the information secure.  

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security incident and will notify you if the incident may affect you significantly. We will also inform any relevant regulator, where we are required to do so.
