2. Who we are

We are Kaplan International Pathways. We help international Students gain entry to a university degree abroad. We decide what personal information we need for the services we provide and how it is used. We are responsible to look after this information. 

Kaplan International Pathways is a data controller.  This means we decide what to do with the personal information we collect about you, like your name, contact information and anything else that identifies you. The law says we must explain clearly how we use and protect this information. This is what this Privacy Notice is for – to let you know what happens to your personal information when you give it to us, either directly or through someone else. 

Kaplan International Pathways is made up of different legal entities, including the International College you may be studying with. These are listed at the end of this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice is issued on behalf of the Kaplan International Pathways group, so when we mention “Kaplan”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Notice, we are referring to the relevant company in the Kaplan International Pathways group responsible for processing your information.
