11. Keeping your personal information up-to-date

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If at any time the information we hold on you changes, please inform us as soon as possible so we can update our records. This ensures we can continue providing the Student with our services and that the right information reaches the right person.  

If you are a Student and there is a change to your personal information, please update it via your learning portal. If you are unable to update the information, please contact your College Services Team. 

If you are not an enrolled Student and there is a change to your personal information, please contact us by emailing pathways@kaplan.com.
