Spring 2026 Waived Licence Fees Prize Draw Promotional Terms:

The Prize Draw and your and our details

1. The Spring 2026 ”Free Room” Prize Draw: the chance to have your room Licence Fees waived for Spring 2026 subject to the below terms (the “Prize Draw”).
2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE. We are the “promoter” of the Prize Draw. References to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
   1. is due to be or is actively enrolled at one of the following colleges:
      1. Bournemouth University International College;
      2. Glasgow University International College; or
      3. UWE Bristol International College; and
   2. is due to commence their course in the Spring 2026 term.

The Eligible Residences

3. Subject to availability, the Prize Draw applies to rooms in the following residences in Bournemouth, Glasgow & Bristol (the “Eligible Residences”):
   1. Kaplan Living Bournemouth
   2. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road
   3. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street
   4. Student Village – Bristol
   5. Purdown View – Bristol

The Prizes and how to enter

4. If you apply for and reserve a room in one of the Eligible Residences between 17 November 2025 (Opening Date) and 31 December 2025 (Closing Date) inclusive (the Prize Draw Period), you will be entered into a randomised prize draw to have your room Licence Fees waived under your Licence Agreement during the following period: 3 January 2026 until  29 August 2026 (inclusive)  (the Prize). Please note that any applications received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be eligible to be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. There are up to 15 Prizes to be won: up to 5 rooms in Bournemouth, up to 5 rooms in Glasgow and up to 5 rooms in Bristol. 
6. In order to be eligible for the Prize Draw, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your Licence Fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences. Please be aware that you are not able to move into a room until after you have signed your Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of your Licence Fee.

The Winners

7. The Prize Draw will take place on 5 January 2026 (by random draw supervised by an independent person) and successful students (Winners) will be notified on 7 January 2026 using the telephone number or email address provided when your room was applied for and reserved. If a Winner does not respond to us within 10 days of being notified by us, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered about it.
9. We will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and city of the Winners to anyone who emails pathways.accommodation@kaplan.com or writes to the address set out at point 2 above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
10. If a Winner objects to any or all of your surname and city being published or made available, please contact us at pathways.accommodation@kaplan.com: . In such circumstances we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

If you do not win a Prize

YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THIS SECTION

11. If you do not win a Prize, you will be liable to pay the full Licence Fees due under your Licence Agreement with us. You are not permitted to cancel your Licence Agreement because you did not win a Prize.

General terms

12. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Prizes and they are not negotiable or transferable.
13. We reserve the right to replace the Prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
14. We will not accept responsibility for any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind that may prevent you from submitting an application for a room.
15. By submitting an application for a room within the Prize Draw Period, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
16. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize Draw except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of the Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy.
19. Please note that this Offer is only available to students who permanently reside outside of mainland China.
