With us, you’ll have everything you need for a safe and enjoyable stay, including quiet study spaces, a 24-hour help and advice line, a friendly management team and regular social events.
We also have a range of optional products and services, including additional wellbeing support, that you can choose to add to your contract for an extra fee. You can find out more about them below.
You will be able to add any extra products or services in the booking portal after you room has been allocated.
Additional wellbeing support
Kaplan Living Special Support — £300
Premium support service with 24-hour access to in-residence Wellbeing Co-ordinators.*
This service is mandatory for students under the age of 18 for your wellbeing.
*Available to students staying at Kaplan Living residences in Bournemouth, Brighton, Glasgow, Liverpool, Nottingham, at The Stay Club Kentish Town in London and Urbanest Hoxton in London.

*A standard bedding pack is provided to Kaplan Pathways students free of charge at all locations except York. York students will be provided with a similar pack by the University at no additional cost.

Kitchen pack
Standard kitchen set* — £70
Crockery and kitchen utensils for 1 person. Includes:
- dinner plate, side plate and cereal bowl
- slotted spoon, solid spoon, turner, ladle and peeler
- frying pan and saucepan
- spoon, fork and knife
- mug and a glass
- tin opener and colander.

Housekeeping
Room cleaning* — £25 per month or £50 per term
Get a professional room clean, either monthly or termly, for the duration of your contract. The cleaning will take between 30 and 45 minutes and include the following:
- dusting and sanitising of all surfaces
- cleaning and sanitising of the toilet
- cleaning and sanitising of the shower and sink
- mopping and disinfecting of all floors
- removal of rubbish from the bin.

Laundry card
Pre-paid laundry card* — From £79
Save 10% on a pre-paid laundry card. The amount covers approximately 1 load of washing per week for the duration of your tenancy, and can be topped up in the residence.
