If anything is troubling you, there will always be a friendly face you can talk to, or, if you’d prefer, you’ll have free access to a confidential helpline where you can get advice and support. For a more personal service, we also offer an enhanced support package for an added fee.
Facilities
This purpose-built student accommodation has all the facilities you need for a successful study experience, including a study lounge as well as a laundry room and bicycle storage.
Social life
You won’t have to miss your favourite shows as you’ll have access to a TV lounge, as well as a games room and comfy social spaces where you can relax with your new friends. The residence also organises social events throughout the year, so you’ll always have something fun to do!

A secure door entry system, security cameras and a friendly on-site management team mean you’ll feel safe and at home.
What’s included
You won’t be surprised by any hidden costs — utilities like water and heating, high-speed WiFi throughout the building and any necessary maintenance are all included in your rent. Kaplan Pathways students will also have a free standard bedding pack waiting for them in their room. All other students can purchase this and other optional extras during the booking process.
