Do you have a group of friends you want to live with? When you stay together you can save together — book every bedroom in a flat as part of a group and you’ll each receive an equal share of £1,000 off the price. Plus, you can all enjoy facilities like comfy social and study spaces together, and you’ll still benefit from our tailored wellbeing support.

How do I apply?
Step 1
Contact the accommodation team using the form to find the right flat for your group
Step 2
Once you have confirmed your full group and number of bedrooms, each person must complete the room-booking process individually. This includes signing the licence agreement, paying the first instalment and (if applicable) nominating a guarantor.
Step 3
Once all members have booked their rooms, the £1,000 discount will be allocated equally across your Kaplan Accounts.
Availability and deadlines
- Offer applies to bookings for the Autumn intake.
- Group confirmation deadline: 31 May 2026.
- Offer is strictly subject to availability. Once the whole flat is booked or the residence is full, this offer may no longer be available.
- If the group does not fully occupy the flat by the deadline, the offer will not apply.
