To thank returning students for choosing Kaplan Living for another academic year, we’re offering an exclusive perk.

You’re eligible if you:

  • are a returning student who previously lived in a Kaplan Living residence

  • book a new contract of 41 weeks or more

  • rebook at one of the eligible Kaplan Living locations.

Choose one of the following perks:

  • £200 laundry credit

  • one free room clean per term

How do I apply?

Step 1

Log in to your Kaplan Booking Portal Account or contact the accommodation team.

Step 2

Rebook your room for at least 41 weeks.

Step 3

Follow the steps to confirm your room and pick the perk that suits you best.

Step 4

Once your room details are confirmed, your perk will be added to your new contract

Availability and deadlines

  • Valid for rebookings made from 1 May 2025.
  • The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Perks are non-transferable and must be selected at the time of booking.
