How do I apply?
Step 1
Reserve your room at an eligible residence by the deadline via your Kaplan Account.
Step 2
Follow the steps to confirm your room.
Step 3
Once your room is reserved, we’ll automatically enter you into the prize draw to win your stay for free.
Step 4
If you’re one of our lucky winners, your initial payment will be credited back to your Kaplan Account and the rest of your stay, up until the end of your course, will be free of charge.
Availability and deadlines
- Valid for bookings made between 14 February and 31 August 2026
- Valid only for the duration of your degree preparation course
- Room bookings must be for the Autumn 2026 intake
- Students who take advantage of the ‘study, stay and save’ offer will also be entered into the draw
- The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
- Offers are non-transferable
