Promotional Terms & Conditions

Each set of terms and conditions below should be treated separately.

Accommodation Package Promotional Terms:

  1. The Accommodation Package Promotion: the reduction of outstanding accommodation fees due to us subject to the below terms (the “Offer”).
  2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
    1. is due to be or is actively enrolled at one of the following colleges:
      1. University of Brighton International College;
      2. University of Essex International College;
      3. Bournemouth University International College;
      4. University of Liverpool International College;
      5. Nottingham Trent International College;
      6. Kaplan International College London;
      7. UWE Bristol International College;
      8. University of Nottingham International College; or
      9. University of York International Pathway College; and
    2. is due to commence or has commenced their course in the Autumn 2025 term or Spring 2026 term.
  3. If you apply for a room in one of the residences listed on kaplanliving.com (the “Eligible Residences”) within 2 weeks of paying your tuition fee deposit, your outstanding accommodation fees will be reduced by £500. This means that £500 will be applied to your Kaplan account when your room is reserved.
  4. Subject to section 5, this Offer applies to applications for rooms made on and after 1 May 2025 where your Licence Agreement with us commences on or after 1 September 2025.
  5. If you have paid your tuition fee deposit before 1 May 2025 but have not yet applied for a room, you are eligible for the Offer if you make an application for a room in accordance with these terms before close of business on 14 May 2025.
  6. Please be aware that you are not able to move into a room until after you have signed your Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of your licence fee.
  7. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
  8. Students who booked or applied for a room in one of the Eligible Residences on or before 30 April 2025 are not eligible for the Offer.
  9. Please note that this Offer is only available to students who permanently reside outside of mainland China.
  10. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.   

Rebooker Promotional Terms:

  1. The Rebooker Promotion the choice of the following :
    1. Free gym membership;
    2. Free Netflix membership;
    3. £200 laundry credit; or
    4. Free local bus pass (Kaplan Living Bournemouth specific).
  2. subject to the below terms (the “Offer”).
  3. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who:
    1. is living in one of the following residences:
      1. Kaplan Living Brighton;
      2. Kaplan Living Bournemouth;
      3. Kaplan Living Nottingham
      4. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road
      5. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street (the “Eligible Residences”).
    2. is due to commence a new/progression course in the Autumn 2026 term.

Both 3a and 3b must apply.

  1. If you are currently living in one of the Eligible Residences and you apply to rebook a room in that residence for at least another 41 weeks during the 2026/2027 academic year, you will be eligible for one of the following (of your choosing) (the “Offer Options”):
    1. One free gym membership; the membership will be for one person only, will last from the start date until the end date of your Licence Agreement, and will be at a gym of our choosing, at our sole discretion. The gym will be confirmed when you check in to your residence. Please note that you will need to agree to the chosen gym’s terms and conditions in order to take advantage of the membership.
    2. One free Netflix membership; the membership will be at the “Standard with adverts” tier, for one person only and will last from the start date until the end date of your Licence Agreement. Please note that you will need to agree to Netflix’s terms and conditions in order to take advantage of the membership.
    3. £200 of laundry credit; or 
    4. One free local bus pass (Kaplan Living Bournemouth specific) – the pass will be for one person only and will be active from the start date until the end date of your Licence Agreement. Please note that this option is specific to Kaplan Living Bournemouth only and if you book a room in one of the other Eligible Residences, this option is not available to you.  
  2. This Offer applies to applications for rooms made on and after 17 November 2025 until 31 January 2026 (inclusive), where your Licence Agreement with us commences on or after 1 September 2026. Students who booked and applied for a room in one of the Eligible Residences before 17 November 2025 or after 31 January 2026 are not eligible for the Offer.
  3. Please be aware that you are not able to move into a room until after you have signed your Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of your licence fee.
  4. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
  5. The Offer Option that you select will be applied to your upcoming booking and not your current booking.
  6. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.  

“Refer a Friend” Promotional Terms:

  1. The “Refer a Friend” Promotion: if you are due to move into one of our Eligible Residences and  refer a friend or family member to us who they subsequently applies for a room in the same residence, you and your friend or family member will each receive a £100 credit to their Kaplan account, subject to the below terms (the “Offer”).
  2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who is due to move into one of the following residences in September 2026:
  3. Kaplan Living Brighton;
  4. Kaplan Living Bournemouth;
  5. Kaplan Living Nottingham;
  6. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road;
  7. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street (the “Eligible Residences”).
  8. If you refer a friend or family member (the “Referred Person”) to us and they:
    1.  subsequently apply for a room at the same Eligible Residence that you are due to move into; and
    2. are not currently residing in the Eligible Residence; and
    3. have never resided in the Eligible Residence,

you and the Referred Person will each receive a £100 credit to your Kaplan account. This credit can be used against accommodation fees, or any other fees owed to the Eligible Residence.

  1. This Offer applies to applications for rooms made on and after 17 November 2025.
  2. Please be aware that residents are not able to move into rooms at the Eligible Residences until after they have signed a Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of their licence fee. This rule applies to both you and your Referred Person.
  3. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
  4. Students and Referred Persons who booked or applied for a room in one of the Eligible Residences on or before 17 November l 2025 are not eligible for the Offer.
  5. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.  

“Book a full flat” Promotional Terms:

  1. The “Book a full flat” Promotion: if you are due to move into one of our Eligible Residences and you and a group book all available rooms within one designated flat you will be entitled to £1,000 discount split equally between all students who book a room within that flat, subject to the below terms (the “Offer”). A “flat” is a collection of student bedrooms arranged around a communal kitchen or dining area.
  2. References to “our” and “we” and “us” shall mean Kaplan International Colleges U.K. Limited, whose registered office is at Palace House, 3 Cathedral Street, London, England, SE1 9DE and references to “you” shall mean a full-time student who is due to move into one of the following residences in September 2026:
    1. Kaplan Living Brighton;
    2. Kaplan Living Bournemouth;
    3. Kaplan Living Nottingham;
    4. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Old Dumbarton Road;
    5. Kaplan Living Glasgow – Argyle Street (the “Eligible Residences”).

To find out how many people you need to make up a group to occupy a full flat in the Eligible Residence of your choice, please email: pathways.accommodation@kaplan.com

  1. In order to be eligible to receive the Offer, you and your group must ALL, by 31 May 2026:
    1. book rooms in one flat in an Eligible Residence such that the entire flat is full with you and your group for at least 40 weeks during the 2026/2027 academic year; and
    2. you and all members of your group confirm in writing that they would like to be included in the flat together.
  2. Note that it is possible for you to book a room now, and to confirm your group later (as long as you do so by 31 May 2026). In the event that you do not find a group to occupy a full flat, you (and any members of your group, if applicable) will not be eligible to receive the Offer.
  3. This Offer will not apply to any group that does not occupy a full flat solely for that group (for example, if you have a group of 5 people, but there are 6 study bedrooms in the flat in the Eligible Residence of your choice, you will not be eligible for the Offer). The group number must match the number of bedrooms in a flat.  
  4. This Offer applies to applications for rooms made on or after 17 November 2025 until 31 May 2026 (inclusive). Applications for rooms received before 17 November 2025 or after 31 May 2026 will not be eligible for the Offer.
  5. Please be aware that residents are not able to move into rooms at the Eligible Residences until after they have signed a Licence Agreement with us and paid the first instalment of their licence fee. This rule applies to you and all members of your group.
  6. In order to be eligible for the Offer, you must have completed all of the relevant pre-booking steps, including (but not limited to) signing your Licence Agreement, paying the first instalment of your licence fee and nominating a guarantor, where applicable. All the necessary pre-conditions will be advised to you when you apply for a room in one of the Eligible Residences.
  7. The Offer is strictly subject to availability – once all rooms in an Eligible Residence are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available in that Eligible Residence. Similarly, once all rooms are fully booked, the Offer will no longer be available.
